At Royal Albert Hall, we strive for excellence in every purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip provided during the initiation process.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality assurance team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
