Taking place 7 February 1929, this was the second year of Amateur Ballroom Dancing Championship. Over twenty couples completed by dancing the Waltz: 'Grieving', Yale Blues: 'Casani Yale Blues', Slow Fox-Trot: 'Eliza Rolls Her Eyes', and the Quick Fox-Trot: 'Lovers' Melody'.
