Taking place 31 December 1925, the new year eve's ball was in aid of The Middlesex Hospital and The British Empire Service League. This event was a star drawn event with attendees from HRH Prince Arthur of Connaught, HRH Princess Arthur of Connaught, Harry Gordon Selfridge who was accompanied by Fred Astaire's mother.
